Markian R. Slobodian

Markian R. Slobodian concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, creditors' rights, collection, finance and civil litigation.  Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Slobodian served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Woodside, U. S. Bankruptcy Court Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Slobodian has lectured on various bankruptcy and business law issues at the Dickinson School of Law, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and the Harrisburg Area Community College. He is also a member of the Private Panel of Trustees in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Slobodian is a graduate of Haverford College and the Dickinson School of Law.
